Dancer, Drummer & Pageant Participant Registration

Drum groups, dancers, & pageant participants will be registered through iCreeAzn on-site at The Langley Events Centre (LEC).

An attendant will help guide you to the registration area on arrival.

Vendor Registration

Please complete an application form and you will be contacted if you have been approved.

Please Note:
Filling out the Application Form does NOT secure your vendor booth. We will contact you directly if you’ve been approved, where payment can be made.

Become a Volunteer

We are welcoming volunteers 16 years of age and older.

2026 volunteer registration is now open!

Volunteer shifts are 4+ hours long.

Duties could include:

Greeter, support to the MC / dancers & drummers, helping in the dance arena, assisting vendors, set-up and clean-up.
